230V 50Hz is the standard UK domestic and small office supply voltage and frequency. If in doubt consult your local electrician. To work out the VA of the UPS required multiply the load Amps being drawn by 230V. The Amps can be taken of rear panel rating plates of the equipment to be protected or operating manuals - either may over size the UPS slightly. Always allow at least 25% for future expansion of your UPS load.
